Privacy Policy

This policy is being finalized ahead of general availability. Today, Capologist stores your account (via Google sign-in), the leagues you create or import, and your plans and drafts — used only to run the product for you.

League-import credentials (ESPN cookies) are used for a single server-side fetch and are never stored. Payment is handled by Stripe; we do not see or store card details.

If you join the waitlist we store the name, email, platform and optional draft date you give us, plus how you reached the page, and use them only to email you about the launch. Your IP address is recorded as a salted one-way hash for abuse prevention — the address itself is never stored. Every email we send will have an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your entry at any time at the address below.
